"A6 is a pop, R&B, and Neo-soul band that plays originals and covers from a wide variety of artists. Originally founded in 2009 as a smooth jazz group, A6 has evolved through several genres with a focus on staying at the forefront of modern music while consistently drawing influence from jazz. Most recently, A6 opened Cornell’s Slope Day mainstage, opening for artists Aminé, Loud Luxury, and Luna Li. Their goals remain high this year as they maintain their core band members and welcome new talents to the group."

A roaring synth. Shredding guitars. A blonde screaming into the mic. Then ZAP! It all goes silent. Our first open mic night ended abruptly and gave us our name—we blew a fuse. Now we draw on that power, blending grunge, metal, and rock to (hopefully not) short out the Deep Dive.

"The Spencer Nachman Band is a blues-rock band that formed in 2021 and has performed across Cornell’s campus. Their most notable performance was their Slope Day show opening for Waka Flocka Flame at Phi Sigma Kappa, who after not arriving, left the band to be the main act for nearly a thousand students. SNB performed at the Deep Dive venue in 2021 under its former name The Dock, and we are excited to return to the stage.
